She hold ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Servers 2012r2/2008r2/2003/2000/NT, Exchange server 2013/2010/2007, Security+, Project+, A+ certifications and have been awarded the Top Contributor to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013 group and Windows Server Administrators group. She trained more than 600 students including local and foreign in networking with exchange servers, Microsoft servers, cisco routers, switches, VMware and clients such as Dos, to windows 8.1. She has been involved in designing and troubleshooting in networks, performing network audits, and assisting with testing and IT projects. She is dedicated to bringing quality IT training to IT professionals as an instructor. She is outstanding instructor that utilizes real-world experience to present complex networking technologies.
