Facebook has just started displaying these average ratings and review on timeline of particular place page in desktop version that was not available previously.
How to display ratings on your Facebook pages?
At the time of writing this article, no information is provided on facebook official website. As per my research, it is only available for the Facebook places page having exact location provided by page owner with some review and ratings from their customers. If you own a facebook page in local business or place, company, organization or institute category with proper address and got some review and ratings from your customers, chances are more you will see this feature on your facebook timeline.
